This policy explains what GSD Reel (operated by GSD Associates LLC) collects and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in sessions.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and subscription status, not your full card number.
- Shared videos: videos you choose to share, their titles, thumbnails and your call-to-action link.
- Viewing activity: when someone watches a shared video we record the time, approximate city/country (from their IP address), browser type and how much they watched, and show this to the video's owner.
What stays on your device
Recordings you don't share are stored only in your own browser and never uploaded to us. Camera and screen access happen entirely on your computer.
How we use it
To provide the service, send sign-in and "someone is watching" emails, process payments, provide support, and prevent abuse. We don't sell your data or use your videos for advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email) process data on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
Delete a shared video anytime and it is removed from storage. To delete your account and data, email us. Shared videos may be removed 30 days after a subscription ends.
